中西医结合对子宫内膜异位症疗效及对患者血清细胞因子和激素水平的影响

Effects of the integrative medicine on endometriosis and its serum cytokines and hormone levels

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对子宫内膜异位症患者临床疗效及血清细胞因子和激素水平的影响。方法:选取我院2015年6月-2017年6月收治的120例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组给予传统西药治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果以及治疗前后患者血清细胞因子和激素水平变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显降低,观察组降低程度显著大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FSH、LH、E2激素水平均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效显著,能有效改善患者激素水平,可有效控制患者血清细胞因子水平,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of the integrative medicine on endometriosis and serum cytokines and hormone levels in patients. Methods： 120 patients were divided into the observation group and control group, 60 cases in each. The control group was given traditional western medicine; the observation group was treated in the integrative medicine. The efficacy, serum cytokines and hormone levels in groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 96.67%, and significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly decreased; and those degrees of reduction in the observation group were significantly greater than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group; the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on endometriosis shows a significant effect, can effectively improve hormone levels, control the level of serum cytokines, is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
