补脾益肾升血丸治疗肾性贫血的临床分析

An analysis of treating renal anemia with Bupi Yishen Shengxue Wan

目的:观察肾性贫血患者采用不同方法治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将2014年1月-2017年1月期间收治的32例肾性贫血患者随机分为观察组(予以中西医联合治疗,n=16)和对照组(予以常规西医治疗,n=16),比较两组患者临床疗效,用药前后血常规及肾功能指标改善程度。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为93.75%、对照组为62.5%,P<0.05;组间用药前后血常规及肾功能指标改善程度对比,观察组所得结果明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:补脾益肾升血丸治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效确切,值得予以推广和应用。

Objective： To observe efficacy of different methods of treatment on renal anemia. Methods： From January 2014 to January 2017, 32 patients were divded into two groups, 16 cases in each. After treatment, efficiency, blood routine and renal function index in two groups were cpmpared. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency was 93.75% in the observation group, and 62.5% in the control group, P〈0.05. Blood routine and renal function index in the observation group were better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Bupi Yishen Shengxue Wan（ 补脾益肾升血丸） on renal anemia shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
