加味八珍汤治疗肺癌化疗后白细胞减少的临床分析

Clinical efficacy of the Bazhen decoction on leucopenia after chemotherapy of lung cancer

目的:对肺癌化疗后出现白细胞减少问题的患者实施加味八珍汤方案治疗的价值进行评定。方法:研究以2013年1月-2017年12月间进入我院接受化疗方案的肺癌患者作对象,抽选出白细胞指数异常降低的40例患者,随机分组(n=20)。常规组实施西医方案,治疗组则联合实施加味八珍汤方案,比较两组患者的临床效果以及白细胞指数变化状况。结果:常规组有效率为70.00%(14/20),治疗组中有效率为95.00%(19/20)(P<0.05);常规组白细胞指数为(3.11±0.29)×10~9/L,治疗组白细胞指数为(4.79±0.50)×10~9/L(P<0.05)。结论:当肺癌患者接受化疗方案后,一旦有白细胞指数异常降低情况出现,需及时实施加味八珍汤方案,可提升患者疗效,确保其白细胞指数及时恢复,可推广。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of the Bazhen decoction（ 八珍汤） on leucopenia after chemotherapy of lung cancer. Methods： 40 patients were divided into the conventional group and treatment group, 20 cases in each. The conventional group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with the Bazhen decoction more. Results： The effective rate in the conventional group and the treatment group was 70.00%（14/20） and 95.00%（19/20） respectively, P〈0.05. The WBC indices in the conventional group and the treatment group was（3.11±0.29） ×10~9/L and（4.79±0.50） ×10~9/L respectively, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Bazhen decoction on leucopenia after chemotherapy of lung cancer can improve the curative efficiency and ensure the recovery of WBC indices in time, and is worth popularizing.
