黄连温胆汤加减治疗痰热瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛42例疗效分析

Efficacy of the Huanglian Wendan decoction on angina pectoris of the Tanre Yuzu type

目的:探讨黄连温胆汤加减治疗痰热瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:研究对象为我院42例冠心病心绞痛患者,在2016年7月-2017年7月间入我院并接受治疗,通过电脑随机的方式平分为常规组与研究组,两组分别21例。研究组患者在常规组用单硝酸异山梨酯+拜阿司匹林+阿托伐汀钙治疗的基础上,加用黄连温胆汤加减治疗。结果:研究组总有效率为90.48%,显著高于常规组的71.43%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组心绞痛持续时间(1.0±0.3)min、发作次数(1.1±0.2)次/d,均少于常规组(1.8±0.4)min、(2.5±0.4)次/d(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗痰热瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛,黄连温胆汤加减治疗方案有满意效果,可帮助患者减少心绞痛持续时间、发作次数,应该引起临床重视。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of the Huanglian Wendan decoction（ 黄连温胆汤） on angina pectoris of the Tanre Yuzu type（ 痰热瘀阻型）. Methods： 42 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were enrolled in our hospital and were treated. The patients were randomly divided into the conventional group and the research group, 21 cases in each group. The conventional group took isosorbide mononitrate, aspirin, atorvastatin calcium. The research group received the Huanglian Wendan decoction more. After treatment, the duration and frequency of angina pectoris in the study group were less than that in conventional group. Results： The total effective rate was 90.48% in the research group, was significantly higher than 71.43% in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huanglian Wendan decoction on angina pectoris of the Tanre Yuzu type was effective.
