白头翁汤加减联合美沙拉嗪治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎疗效分析

Efficacy of the Baitouweng decoction plus mesalazine on ulcerative colonitis of the Shire type

目的:研究湿热型溃疡性结肠炎应用白头翁汤加减与美沙拉嗪治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年7月本科接诊的湿热型溃疡性结肠炎病患70例,并以数字抽签的形式将之随机分成实验和对照两组(n=35)。其中,实验组采用白头翁汤加减联合美沙拉嗪治疗方案,对照组采用安慰剂联合美沙拉嗪治疗方案。观察两组治疗后病情的改善情况,比较复发率等指标。结果:实验组疗效的总有效率为97.14%,明显比对照组的82.86%高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组的复发率为2.86%,明显比对照组的20.00%低,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采取白头翁汤加减联合美沙拉嗪治疗方案对湿热型溃疡性结肠炎病患施以对症治疗,可显著降低其疾病复发的概率,值得临床借鉴。

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of the Baitouweng decoction（ 白头翁汤） plus mesalazine on ulcerative colitis of the Shire type（湿热型）. Methods： 70 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, 35 cases in each. The experimental group was treated with the Baitouweng decoction plus mesalazine. The control group was given the placebo plus mesalazine. Results： The total effective rate was 97.14% in the experimental group, and significantly higher than 82.86% in the control group, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in the experimental group was 2.86%, and significantly lower than 20.0% in the control group, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Baitouweng decoction plus mesalazine can significantly reduce the probability of recurrence, and is worthy of reference in clinic.
