参芪扶正注射液在晚期胃癌中的临床应用

Effects of the Shenqi Fuzheng injection on advanced gastric cancer

目的:研究并分析参芪扶正注射液在晚期胃癌治疗中的作用。方法:选取在2015年12月-2016年12月期间来我院就诊的42例晚期胃癌患者进行研究。按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和参照组,各21例。参照组患者予以常规化疗治疗,实验组患者予以参芪扶正注射液治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果:实验组患者的疾病控制率与参照组相比较,组间差异不明显,统计学意义不存在(P>0.05),实验组患者的生存质量改善率明显优于参照组,组间数据呈现为P<0.05,实验患者的不良反应发生情况明显少于参照组,组间差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期胃癌患者予以参芪扶正注射液治疗,明显降低了患者的不良反应发生情况,提高了患者的生存质量,具有一定的治疗效果,值得临床借鉴以及进一步普及。

Objective： To study and analyze the effect of the Shenqi Fuzheng injection（ 参芪扶正注射液） on advanced gastric cancer. Methods： 42 patients were divided into the experimental group and reference group, 21 cases in each. The reference group was treated by conventional chemotherapy. The experimental group was treated with the Shenqi Fuzheng injection. Results： The difference of control rate between the experimental group and reference group was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of life quality in the experimental group was significantly better than the reference group, with a statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. The adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly fewer than the reference group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the advanced gastric cancer can reduce the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life, has certain therapeutic effects, and is worthy of clinical reference and further popularization.
