中药口服联合雾化吸入治疗甲状腺术后声音嘶哑的疗效观察

Efficacy of oral TCM medicine and aerosol inhalation on hoarseness thyroid surgery

目的:探讨中药口服联合雾化吸入治疗甲状腺术后声音嘶哑的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年7月-2017年7月在我院接受治疗的甲状腺手术后声音嘶哑患者30例为研究对象,将其随机均分为两组,对照组采用西医疗法,观察组采用中药口服联合雾化吸入,对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为93.3%,远高于对照组的66.7%,两组对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论:中药口服联合雾化吸入对甲状腺术后声音嘶哑具有良好的疗效,治疗的总有效率大大提高,且有良好的用药安全性,值得大力推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of oral TCM medicine and aerosol inhalation on hoarseness after thyroid surgery. Methods： 30 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was given oral TCM medicine and aerosol inhalation. The clinical efficacy between two groups was compared. Results： The total efficiency was 93.3% in the observation group, and higher than 66.7% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. No adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion： Oral TCM medicine and aerosol inhalation on hoarseness after thyroid surgery shows a good effect, can improved total efficiency, with good safety, and is worth popularizing vigorously.
