带锁髓内针并髂骨取骨植骨治疗陈旧性股骨干骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of interlocking medullary mailing plus autogenous bone grafting of ilium on old fracture of femoral shaft

目的:分析带锁髓内针并髂骨取骨植骨治疗陈旧性股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法:入选2015年6月-2017年6月的陈旧性股骨干骨折患者60例,根据治疗方式不同分成对照组与观察组,对照组应用带锁髓内针固定治疗,观察组应用带锁髓内针并髂骨取骨植骨治疗。对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组的骨折愈合优良率分别为90.0%和73.3%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。比较两组的骨折平均愈合时间,观察组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:带锁髓内针并髂骨取骨植骨治疗陈旧性股骨干骨折的临床疗效好,骨折愈合性高,可在临床中推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of interlocking medullary mailing plus autogenous bone grafting of ilium on old fracture of femoral shaft. Methods： 60 patients were divided into the control group and observation group. The control group was treated by internal fixation with interlocking medullary mailing. The observation group was treated by autogenous bone grafting more. Results： The good rate of fracture healing in the observation group and control group was 90.0% and 73.3% respectively, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The average healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Interlocking medullary mailing plus autogenous bone grafting of ilium on old fracture of femoral shaft is effective, with high the healing degree, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
