中医药治疗膝骨关节炎研究进展

A review on treating knee osteoarthritis in TCM

膝骨关节炎属于中医"痹证"范畴,膝骨关节炎在临床上是中医风湿科的优势病种之一。中医对膝骨关节炎的病因病机及中药汤剂、中药制剂、中药外治、中医非药物治疗的研究,有助于中医在治疗膝骨关节炎方面的发展。通过查阅近年来中医治疗膝骨关节炎的有关文献,重点从病因病机和中医内服、外用、非药物治疗等方面来阐述中医药治疗膝骨关节炎的研究进展,以期为膝骨关节炎的中医治疗的临床应用与机制研究提供参考和思路。

Knee osteoarthritis belongs to the category of Bi syndrome（痹证） of TCM, and is one of the dominant diseases in TCM rheumatology. The research on the etiology, pathogenesis and TCM therapy can develop the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The research progresses of TCM therapy on knee osteoarthritis were reviewed in this paper from the etiology and pathogenesis, internal medicine, external application and non-drug therapy by consulting the literatures in recent years, for providing a reference in clinic and mechanism research.
