咳嗽变异性哮喘以慢性咳嗽为主要或唯一临床表现,西医治疗病情容易反复,而中医在咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗上有独特优势。本文系统概述近年来关于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的中医治疗研究进展,从病名、病因病机、中医内治及外治法多个方面进行综合阐述。

Chronic cough is the main or only clinical manifestation of cough variant asthma. Western medicine is applied and easy to be repeated. While TCM medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of cough variant asthma. A review on treating pediatric cough variant asthma with TCM medicine in recent years were systematically summarized, and disease name, etiopathogenisis, TCM internal and external treatment were elaborated comprehensively.
