润肺止咳汤在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的应用

Observation on treating cough variant asthma the Runfei Zhike decoction

目的:探讨润肺止咳汤在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的应用价值。方法:将2016年7月-2017年7月在我院儿科治疗的110例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组采用润肺止咳汤治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状改善情况、各项炎性因子水平、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽、咽痒、咳痰、气急、咽干等症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平与对照组相比明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道不适、头晕等不良反应发生率与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:润肺止咳汤在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的应用价值显著,能有效缓解症状,降低机体炎性因子水平,减轻气道炎症反应,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To explore the application of the Runfei Zhike decoction on cough variant asthma. Methods： 110 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine western medicine; the observation group received the Runfei Zhike decoction more. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement, levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 96.36%, which was significantly higher than 72.72% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of cough, itching, expectoration, shortness of breath and pharynx in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 TNF-α in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness and other adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The application value of the Runfei Zhike decoction on pediatric cough variant asthma was significant. It could effectively relieve symptoms, reduce the level of body inflammatory factors and alleviate airway inflammation, which was of positive clinical significance.
