清金化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床价值

Clinical value of the Qingjin Huatan decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析研究清金化痰汤在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中的临床作用。方法:选取2013年3月-2017年5月到我院接受诊治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者作为研究对象,将其均分为两组,观察组30例,采用常规西药和清金化痰汤治疗方案;对照组30例,采用常规西药的治疗方案。观察对比两组的治疗总有效率及肺功能改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后肺功能情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者西药基础上联合清金化痰汤的综合治疗方案,能提升治疗总有效率,促进肺部功能的改善。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of the Qingjin Huatan decoction（ 清金化痰汤） on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method： 60 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine, the observation group was given the Qingjin Huatan decoction more. The total effective rate and pulmonary function improvement in two groups were observed ad compared. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; and the pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The western medicine and the Qingjin Huatan decoction could improve the effective rate and the improvement of pulmonary function.
