Professor Lu Guangchao's successful experience in treating globus hysteriocus

梅核气是中医临床少见病、疑难病。路广晁教授是全国名老中医,临床大家,其对于梅核气的治疗颇有效验。路老认为治疗梅核气需要明确以下几个问题:一是关于梅核气发病部位为咽喉原因的问题。路老认为咽喉是滞气最易滞留之处。十数条经脉皆过咽喉而濡养之,诸经经气不利,经脉气滞,则气滞咽喉。二是关于梅核气发病过程中易涉及的病理因素的问题。路老认为梅核气发病过程中气滞、痰浊、血瘀是最主要的病理因素,而气滞则是其发病的根本因素。三是关于梅核气发病涉及脏腑的问题。路老认为肝、脾、胃、肺是梅核气涉及的主要脏腑。除此之外还有一个脏腑更需注意,那便是大肠。

Globus hysteriocus is a rare and difficult disease in TCM clinic. Professor Lu Guangchao is a famous old TCM doctor, who has successful experiences for treating globus hysteriocus. Professor Lu holds that in the treatment of globus hysteriocus, the following problems need to be clarified： first, the reason of globus hysteriocus is throat of Qizhi（ 气滞）. The second, in the pathogenesis, Professor Lu believes that the pathogenesis of globus hysteriocus were Qizhi, Tanzhuo（ 痰浊） and Xueyu（ 血瘀）; while Qizhi is the fundamental factor in the pathogenesis. The third, the problems involving the viscera, Professor Lu holds that the liver, spleen, stomach, lung are the main viscera involved in globus hysteriocus. In addition, there is also a more important viscera, that is the large intestine.
