生化汤的理论研究与临床应用

产后病作为妇产科的常见病、疑难病,一直以来困扰着广大女性的身心健康。妇人生产时耗伤气血,容易导致产后脏腑耗损,腠理肌表不固,若产后调养不当便可能引发各种疾患。生化汤治疗妇人产后病疗效显著,已被广大的医者及患者所熟知。生化汤具有养其血脉,祛除瘀滞、温经止痛之佳效,且其辨证明细,行中有补,行补并用,且使新血生化有方,以补虚为其首要,以祛瘀为次要,二者兼顾。另外,因患者有体质差异,病症有虚实、寒热、缓急之别,故应合理的加减,知常达变,扩充立方,在治本的同时,对兼证加以治疗,方可取得更大的疗效。然而生化汤的应用并不局限于产后病。根据"异病同治"的中医治则,辨证分析,它不仅可以用于产后诸症,只要是病机相同的疾病均可使用,如妊娠病、月经病、妇科杂病、计划生育及内、外科病症等。既往诸多医家对生化汤研究虽多,但多为其个人经验总结或者是临床疗效观察,而且大多缺乏较规范的对照科研设计、客观实验指标、基础实验研究等,不利于生化汤更深一步的研究。因此,本研究主要通过对生化汤的源流、组方意义、治病机理、原书加减应用、疗效影响因素以及临床应用等方面进行阐述,使人们对生化汤有更详细的了解,为临床进一步研究生化汤提供理论依据。

Postpartum disease has always been the common and difficult disease of obstetrics and gynecology, and it has perplexed the physical and mental health of the vast majority of women. It is easy to cause the consuming of qi and blood when woman is parturient, resulting in a loss of postpartum visceral organ, no fixation of myotrophic muscle, and it can cause various diseases. As a cure for postpartum disease, Shenghua decoction（ 生化汤） has been well known to physicians and patients. It can nourish the blood, dispel stasis and relieve pain by warming the menstruation. It takes the supplement of deficiency as the basis, the removing stasis as the standard, and achieves the combination of the specimen, which is made for the woman after the postpartum. In addition, because the patient has constitution difference, the disease is in deficiency or excess, cold or hot, pressing or otherwise, so the decoction should be reasonably modified to treat both the root causes and the symptoms, which can achieve more curative effect. However, the application of Shenghua decoction is not limited to postpartum disease. According to the TCM therapeutic principle of ＂homotherapy for heteropathy＂ dialectical analysis, it can be used for all postpartum disease, as long as the same pathogenesis of the disease are available, such as planned parenthood, menstrual disease, pregnant disease and miscellaneous diseases, medical and surgical diseases,etc.. Throughout the history, many doctors have studied Shenghua decoction, most of which has been a summary of their personal experience or the observation of clinical efficacy, and most of them lack the standardized research and design, objective test indexes and basic experimental studies, which are not conducive to the further study of Shenghua decoction. Therefore, this research studies the therapeutic effect, the clinical application and other aspects mainly through its origin, characteristics of formulating prescription, mechanism of disease treatment, addition and subtraction, which make people have a more detailed understanding of it and provides a theoretical basis for the further study.
