高血压是慢性肾脏病最常见的并发症,肾性高血压是最常见的继发性高血压。它不仅可加重肾血管病变促进肾动脉硬化、肾功能恶化,还可诱发或加重心、脑、血管等靶器官的损害。研究表明,中医药治疗肾性高血压疗效可靠,具有一定的优势。中医认为该病的病机多为本虚标实,临床治疗多以温补脾肾、活血、利水为主,总结肾性高血压的发病机制、常用药物及血压控制目标,对防治肾性高血压有重要意义,为进一步研究中药治疗肾性高血压的疗效和机制,充分发挥中药在肾性高血压治疗上的优势提供参考。

The research shows that Chinese medicine has a certain advantage in the treatment of renal hypertension. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that the pathogenesis of kidney-induced hypertension is mainly due to the deficiency of spleen and kidney, blood circulation and diuresis, which is important for the prevention and treatment of renovascular hypertension. It is helpful to further study the curative effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of renal hypertension, and gives full play to the superiority of Chinese medicine in treating renal hypertension.
