中风后抑郁的相关影响因素

Influencing factors of post-stroke depression

目的:分析中风后抑郁的相关影响因素。方法:以2015年1月-2017年5月为研究时间段,将该时间段在我院治疗的中风患者120例作为研究对象,其中,中风后未抑郁者60例,为对照组,中风后抑郁者60例,为观察组,采集其临床资料进行统计分析。结果:中风后抑郁与性别、病程、神经功能缺损程度及日常生活能力等因素相关,病程长短与抑郁发生风险呈负相关,神经功能缺损程度与抑郁发生风险呈正相关。结论:对于神经功能缺损严重的患者需加强抑郁防范,尤其是在中风后的前6个月,这样有利于降低中风后抑郁发生率。

Objective： To analyze the related factors of post-stroke depression. Methods： From January 2015 to May 2017, 120 cases of stroke in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. 60 cases were not depressed after stroke, 60 cases were of poststroke depression. The clinical data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results： Post stroke depression was related to gender, course of disease, degree of neurological deficit and activities of daily living. The duration of disease was negatively correlated with the risk of depression, and the degree of neurological deficit was positively correlated with the risk of depression. Conclusion： For patients with severe neurological impairment, depression prevention should be strengthened, especially in the first six months after stroke, which could reduce the incidence of post-stroke depression.
