中药联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating gastric ulcer with TCM medicine and omeprazole

目的:对胃溃疡患者采取中药联合奥美拉唑治疗的效果进行探析。方法:以2016年2月-2017年2月我院门诊治疗的98例胃溃疡患者作为观察对象,通过数字表法随机分成观察组和对比组,各49例;对比组应用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组同时联用中药治疗,连续4周,对比两组临床疗效,随访6个月掌握复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.9%,对比组为82.8%,相比差异有统计意义(P<0.05);两组用药中均未出现明显不良反应;随访6个月,观察组无复发病例,对比组复发6例(12.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡,效果确切,可促进溃疡愈合,且不易复发,安全性高,值得临床实践。

Objective： To explore the effect of TCM medicine and omeprazole on gastric ulcer. Methods： 98 patients with gastric ulcer in the outpatients department of our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by digital table method, 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the observation group was treated with TCM medicine and omeprazole for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared, and the recurrence was monitored for 6 months. Results： The effective rate in the observation group was 95.9% and 82.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction between two groups. After 6 months of follow-up, there were no recurrent cases in the observation group and 6 cases（12.2%） in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM and omeprazole on gastric ulcer could promote the ulcer healing and was not prone to relapse and was of high safety, which was worth clinical practice.
