摘要
麦克风测试装置,利用了麦克风和扬声器的灵敏度特性的关联性,经过94d B校准器的校验,推导出麦克风灵敏度数值的表达式。然后,经过虚拟仪器的测试,可以获得每个麦克风的原始响应数据,进而计算出一批麦克风的灵敏度参数,通过分析参数的概率分布情况,来帮助评估该参数的批量合格水平。
A jig,for microphone measuring,utilizes the relationship between the inner microphone and speaker. With the help of 94 d B calibrator,there induces a numerical equation to obtain microphone sensitivity. After measuring,visual instrument gives raw response of each microphone unit. So the sensitivity value of a batch microphone is able to be picked up,further results in a probability distribution,and moreover helps to assess the quality level of such massive units.
