甲状腺疾病患者促甲状腺激素与甲状腺自身抗体水平检验分析

Analysis of Test of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone and Thyroid Hormone Antibody Levels of Patients with Thyroid Diseases

目的检验分析甲状腺疾病患者促甲状腺激素与甲状腺自身抗体水平。方法选择该院2016年9月—2017年9月接收的176例甲状腺疾病患者作为研究组,依据不同患病情况分为研究A组66例(GD)、研究B组50例(甲减)、研究C组60例(HT),另选取同期予以健康体检者65名作为对照组,检测并对比各组间血清中TRAb、TPOAb、TGAb及TSH水平。结果研究A组TSH水平(0.04±0.02)m IU/m L较对照组更低,且研究B组水平较对照组显著更高(t=22.778 9,P<0.05);研究A组TRAb水平(12.06±5.41)IU/m较之研究B、C组与对照组均显著更高;研究A组、B组、C组TGAb、TPOAb水平均较之对照组显著更高。结论甲状腺疾病患者检测中,TSH与甲状腺自身抗体可作为灵敏诊断指标,TGAb、TPOAb对检测甲状腺疾病诊断具重要意义,且TRAb对GD诊断价值较高。

Objective To test and analyze the test of thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormone antibody levels of patients with thyroid diseases. Methods 176 cases of patients with thyroid diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research group, and divided into three groups,including the group A with 66 cases（GD）, group B with 50 cases（hypothyroidism） and group C with 60 cases（HT）, and65 cases of healthy physical examination people were selected as the control group, and the serum TRAb, TPOAb,TGAb, TSH levels of each group were tested and compared. Results The TSH level in the research A group was lower than that in the group B, which was（0.04 ±0.02）m IU/m L in the research A group, and the levels in the B group was obviously higher,（t=22.778 9, P〈0.05）; and the TRAb level in the group A was（12.06±5.41）IU/m obviously higher than that in the group B and group C, The TGAb,TPOAb of group A group B and group C were stgnificatly highter than those in the control group. Conclusion The TSH and thyroid hormone antibody in testing the patients with thyroid diseases can be used as sensitive diagnosis indicators, and the TGAb, TPOAb are of important significance to the diagnosis of thyroid diseases, and the value of TRAb in diagnosis of GD is higher.
