奥美拉唑与西米替丁静脉滴注治疗十二指肠球部溃疡的临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Intravenous Drip of Omeprazole and Cimetidine in Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer

目的探究奥美拉唑与西咪替丁静脉滴注治疗十二指肠球部溃疡的临床效果。方法以该院2015年1月—2017月10月期间住院治疗的86例十二指肠球部溃疡患者为调查对象,使用数字表法随机分为对照组(42例)、实验组(44例),对照组接受西咪替丁治疗,实验组接受奥美拉唑治疗,分析两组不良反应、溃疡面愈合效果、幽门螺杆菌根除率、疼痛缓解时间等变化情况。结果实验组幽门螺杆菌根除率(90.91%),对照组幽门螺杆菌根除率(71.43%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组溃疡治愈率(93.18%),对照组溃疡面愈合率(76.19%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组疼痛缓解时间(3.1±1.3)d明显短于对照组(5.5±1.7)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均出现轻微不良反应,未予以任何处理,自行恢复。结论十二指肠球部溃疡患者接受奥美拉唑、西咪替丁静脉滴注治疗,前者在溃疡面愈合、幽门螺杆菌根除、疼痛缓解等方面的效果较后者优,安全有效,值得进一步推广、应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of intravenous drip of omeprazole and cimetidine in treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods 86 cases of inpatients with duodenal ulcer in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 42 cases were treated with cimetidine, while the experimental group with 44 cases were treated with omeprazole, and the adverse reactions,ulcer surface healing effect, eradication rate of helicobacter pylori and pains relief time were analyzed. Results The difference in the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant（90.91% vs 71.43%）（P〈0.05）; and the difference in the ulcer surface healing rate between experimental group and the control group was statistically significant（93.18% vs 76.19%）（P〈0.05）; and the pains relief time in the experimental group was obviously shorter than that in the control group[（3.1±1.3）d vs（5.5±1.7）d], and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and both groups had the mild adverse reactions during treatment, and recovered without any treatment. Conclusion The effects of intravenous drip of omeprazole in treatment of duodenal ulcer in ulcer surface healing, eradication of helicobacter pylori and pains relief are better than those of cimetidine, and it is safe and effective, and it is worth further promotion and application.
