乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区流动育龄妇女的人工流产原因、避孕服务状况调查分析

Investigation of Induced Abortion Causes and Contraception Service Status of Floating Child-bearing Age Women in Shuimogou District in Urumqi

目的调查乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区流动育龄妇女进行人工流产的原因和相关避孕服务状况,为医疗卫生等相关领域的政策提出提供参考依据。方法选取乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区的三甲医院作为调查单位,对2016年6月—2017年6月在其进行早期妊娠且要求终止者进行流产原因调查和相关避孕服务状况调查分析,其中包含一般社会学情况、相关避孕服务和流产原因。通过对流动育龄妇女和医护人员的调查,对乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区流动育龄妇女现有的避孕服务现状进行调查,并询问相关避孕知识。结果导致乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区流动育龄妇女进行人工流产的主要原因在于,大部分流动育龄妇女未采用避孕措施(73.00%),且缺乏相关避孕知识,没有相关的避孕药具可用;医护人员对于具体的避孕知识了解不足,且接受相关避孕咨询服务培训的医护人员较少。避孕服务方面,84.00%的产科工作人员曾经向妇女提供过避孕知识咨询服务,64.00%的产科工作人员没有接受过任何避孕咨询服务方面的培训,26.00%产科工作人员常规避孕知识的调查问卷及格,明显低于不及格工作人员所占比例(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区流动育龄妇女存在文化程度低、避孕知识匮乏等问题,现有的避孕服务提供不足,医护人员对于避孕知识的了解程度不足,缺乏向流动育龄妇女进行避孕知识宣教的意识,因此,应针对上述问题进行相关避孕知识宣教工作的强化,使流动育龄妇女了解到人工流产的危害。

Objective To investigate the induced abortion causes and contraception service status of Floating Child-bearing Age Women in Shuimogou District in Urumqi and provide reference for putting forwards the policies of medical health related fields. Methods The AAA hospitals in Shuimogou District in Urumqi was selected for the survey unit,and the early gestational patients who required terminating pregnancy from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected for cause survey, including the general social situation, related contraception service and abortion causes, and the contraception service status of current floating child-bearing age women in Shuimogou District in Urumqi was surveyed by investigating the women and medical staff, and the related contraception knowledge was enquired. Results The major causes of induced abortion of floating child-bearing age women in Shuimogou District in Urumqi are that the majority of floating child-bearing women did not take any contraception measures（73.00%）, lacked the related contraception knowledge, had no related contraceptives to use, and that the medical staff had a poor command of specific contraception knowledge and medical staff who received the related contraception consulting services were few, in terms of contraception services, 84.00% of working staff in the department of gynecology had provided the contraception knowledgeconsulting services to women, 64.00% of working staff in the department of gynecology had not received the training of contraception consulting services, the routine contraception knowledge of 26.00% of working staff in the department of gynecology was qualified, which was obviously lower than those whose score was unqualified（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are many issues in the floating child-bearing women in Shuimogou District in Urumqi, such as low cultural degree, lack of contraception knowledge,insufficient contraception services, insufficient mastery degree of contraception knowledge of medical staff, lack of education awareness of contraception knowledge to the women, therefore, we should enhance the related contraception knowledge education work according to the above issues, thus making the floating child-bearing women know the harm of induced abortion.
