连续性血液净化辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床护理研究

Research on Clinical Nursing of Continuous Blood Purification in Adjunctive Therapy of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的研究连续性血液净化辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床护理。方法随机抽取66例该院自2016年2月—2017年3月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者,所有患者均实施连续性血液净化辅助治疗,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=33)、观察组(n=33),给予对照组常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施针对性护理干预,对比分析两组血清炎症因子水平、临床症状缓解时间、并发症发生率。结果血清炎症因子水平对比:观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛缓解时间(18.4±4.2)h、腹胀缓解时间(28.2±11.2)h,对照组(100.5±12.9)h、(88.7±13.0)h(t=34.764、20.254,P<0.05);并发症发生率观察组6.1%、对照组24.2%(χ~2=4.243,P<0.05)。结论对连续性血液净化辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者实施针对性护理干预,既可改善血清炎症因子水平及临床症状,又可减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To research the clinical nursing of continuous blood purification in adjunctive therapy of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 66 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were randomly selected and all patients used the adjunctive therapy of continuous blood purification, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group used the targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and the serum inflammatory factor level, relief time of clinical symptoms and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The serum inflammatory factor level in the observation group was better than that in the control group, P 0.05, and the abdominal pain and abdominal distension relief time in the observation group and in the control group were respectively（18.4 ±4.2）h,（28.2±11.2）h and（100.5±12.9）h,（88.7±13.0）h,（t=34.764,20.254,P〈0.05）; the incidence rate of complications in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 6.1% and 24.2%（χ^2=4.243,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention in patients with severe acute pancreatitis after the continuous blood purification can improve the serum inflammatory factor level and clinical symptoms, and reduce the complications, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
