Measures and Effect of Link Quality Control in the Disinfection Supply Room

目的对消毒供应室环节质量控制的措施与效果进行分析和探讨。方法该院于2016年3月开始对消毒供应室进行环节质量控制,以此时点为分组标准,在2015年2月—2016年2月期间抽取1 000个无菌器械、1 000份消毒样品,将其作为研究对照组,对此进行常规质量管理;在2016年3月—2017年3月期间抽取1 000个无菌器械、1 000份消毒样品,将其作为研究观察组,对此进行环节质量控制。对比两种管理模式下,无菌器械和消毒样品的管理情况。结果管理结束后,观察组消毒样品管理有效性和无菌器械管理有效性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);此外,在无菌器械不良管理事件发生情况的比较上,观察组不良管理事件总发生率较对照组更低(3.20%vs14.90%,χ~2=4.562、P<0.05);最后,在临床科室满意度的比较上,观察组满意率达100.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(χ~2=4.897、P<0.05)。结论应用环节质量控制措施进行消毒供应室管理有较好效果,是进一步改善和提高消毒供应室管理质量和管理有效率的重要途径,推荐使用。

Objective To analyze and study the measures and effect of link quality control in the disinfection supply room. Methods In March 2016,our hospital began to control the quality control of the sterilization supply room,andthe time point was the grouping standard 1 000 aseptic devices and 1 000 pieces of disinfection samples before the link quality control from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the control group, and 1 000 aseptic devices and 1 000 pieces of disinfection samples after the link quality control from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group, and the management conditions of aseptic devices and disinfection samples were compared between the two groups. Results The effectiveness of disinfection samples and aseptic devices in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group after management（P〈0.05）, besides, the total incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（3.20% vs 14.90%,χ^2=4.562,P〈0.05）; finally, the clinical department satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（100.00% vs 70.00%）,（χ^2=4.897,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of link quality control in the disinfection supply room is better, and it is an important way to further improve the management quality and management efficacy of disinfection supply room.
