舒适护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者整体护理中的应用

Application of Comfort Nursing in the Holistic Nursing of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

目的探究舒适护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者整体护理中的应用。方法选择该院自2015年12月—2016年12月确诊为慢阻肺疾病的患者资料80例,采用随机分配的形式,将这80例患者平均分为两组,每组人数均为40例,并分别命名为观察组与对照组。对两组患者均给予常规治疗的形式进行身体康复治疗。观察组的患者给予舒适护理的干预方式,而对照组则采取一般的护理形式。3个月的护理结束之后,比较两组患者的血氧饱和度以及肺功能情况。结果通过一系列的试验探究,得出的数据显示出观察组的护理质量评分和满意度分别为(95±7)分、(94±6)%,优于对照组的(75±6)分、(80±12)%(t=2.665、2.288 P=0.01,0.01)。且比较两组患者的肺功能情况,也显示出观察组在干预后的FEV1(%)、FEV1/FVC、SaO_2(%)的数据分别为(75.2±1.5)%、(74.1±2.0)、(94.1±2.0)%,优于对照组的(63.8±8.0)%、(65.0±4.0)、(92.0±1.0)%。且观察组与对照组在试验前的FEV1(%)、FEV1/FVC、Sa O2(%)的数据情况基本相似,差异无统计学意义。结论采用舒适护理的形式能够对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者起到很好的护理作用,有利于改善患者的精神状态,提高患者的生活质量,尽快帮助患者恢复身体,迎接正常的生活。

Objective To study the application of comfort nursing in the holistic nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic lung diseases diagnosed in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, both groups used the routine treatment for physical recovery, the observation group used the comfort nursing intervention,while the control group used the general nursing, and the degree of blood oxygen saturation and lung function situations were compared between the two groups after three months of nursing. Results A series of tests showed that the nursing quality score and satisfactory degree in the observation group were better than those in the control group[（95±7）points,（94±6）% vs（75±6）points,（80±12）%]（t=2.665,2.288, P=0.01,0.01）, and the FEV1（%）,FEV1/FVC,Sa O2（%） in the observation group after intervention were better than those in the control group,[（75.2±1.5）%,（74.1±2.0）,（94.1±2.0）%vs（63.8±8.0）%,（65.0±4.0）,（92.0±1.0）% ], and the FEV1（%）,FEV1/FVC,SaO2（%） of the two groups were basically similar, and the differences were not big. Conclusion The comfort nursing can have a good effect on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, which is conducive to improving the mental state, improving the quality of life and helping the physical recovery of patients and helping them embrace the normal life.
