摘要
布鲁氏菌病作为一种严重危害人和动物健康的人兽共患传染病,近些年呈现出死灰复燃的趋势。当前,接种疫苗仍然是控制布鲁氏菌病的最有效措施。现有疫苗虽然一定程度上能够较好地控制布鲁氏菌病,但是存在一些明显的缺陷,如会导致接种动物流产等。随着对布鲁氏菌基因组测序工作的相继完成以及DNA重组技术、蛋白质组学技术的发展,致力于开发新型的布鲁氏菌病疫苗已经成为了研究的热点。相对于传统疫苗,亚单位疫苗具有高安全性、高效力等优点,在对布鲁氏菌病的防控过程中具有较大的应用前景,该文将对近些年来主要布鲁氏菌病亚单位疫苗的研究进展进行归纳概述。
Brucellosis, as an zoonosis seriously threatening the health of humans and animals, shows a resurgence trend in recent years, currently, vaccination is still a most effective measure of controlling the brucellosis, and the current vaccination can better control the disease to a certain degree, but there are still some obvious shortcomings, such as leading to the abortion of vaccinated animals, with the subsequent completion of gene group sequence work and development of DNA recombination and proteomic technology, and the development of new vaccination of brucellosis has become the research hot point. Compared with the traditional vaccination, the subunit vaccine has the advantages of high safety and high effect, which is of a bigger application prospect in the prevention and control of brucellosis, and the paper summarizes the research progress of brucellosis subunit vaccine.
