摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液联合多巴酚丁胺治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将86例慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。两组均采用吸氧、抗炎、强心利尿、扩血管、纠正酸碱平衡及水电解质紊乱等常规治疗,观察组同时丹红注射液联合多巴酚丁胺进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组相比,治疗后心率、呼吸频率、动脉血二氧化碳分压、高切黏度、低切黏度、还原黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原明显下降,动脉血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、射血分数明显上升,NYHA心功能分级好转,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗的总有效率为91.3%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合多巴酚丁胺治疗疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭具有安全可靠、见效快、疗程短、毒副作用小等诸多优点。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of danhong injection and dobutamine in chronic cor pulmonale(i.e.cor pulmonale) heart failure( HF).Methods 86 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group(n =46) and the control group( n =46).Two groups were treated with oxygen,anti-inflammatory,diuretics and vasodilators,correction of acid-base balance and water electrolyte disorders and other conventional treatment,the observation group and Danhong injection combined with dobutamine treatment,compared two groups of patients.Results The treatment group compared with the comparison group,after treatment heart rate,respiratory rate,arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure,high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,reduced viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen reduce obviously.arterial oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure,ejection fraction obvious rise,NYHA heart function graduation change for the better,the differences are statistically significant(P〈0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group 91.3%(42/46) with the comparison group 75.0%(30/40) compared to significantly(P〈0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection and dobutamine treats cor pulmonale HF to have safely reliable,effective quick,the treatment course short,the poisonous side effect small and so on many merits,is worth the clinical promoted application.
