摘要 虚拟学习社区中的信息交互对学习者的学习绩效具有重要影响。结构洞理论关注于人际关系网络的结构形态,有助于揭示虚拟学习社区中的信息流动与分享。通过社会网络分析法,在对虚拟学习社区整体交互分析以及社区成员群体划分的基础上,开展了四类群体的结构洞指标测量及中间人的次数分析,探究了不同群体信息交互的中介特征。研究表明:核心参与者的信息交互中介性最强,消极边缘者的中介性最弱,意见引导者与意见附和者则分别由于发贴数量有限或发贴质量不高,致使信息交互中介作用均显不足。教师应依据不同群体的差异进行针对性的干预和指导,以更好地促进虚拟学习社区集体智慧的发展。 Information interaction in the virtual learning has important guarantee on the learner's learning performance. Structural holes theory focuses on the structure of interpersonal network,which can help to reveal the information flow and sharing in the virtual learning community. Through social network analysis,on the basis of the virtual learning community overall interaction analysis and community members' group division,conducting the structure holes measurement of the four types of group and the statistical analysis of the number of intermediaries,explore the mediation characteristics of the information interaction of different groups. Research shows that: the core participants group has the strongest intermediary,the negative edge group has the weakness intermediary,the opinion leader group due to the limited post number and the opinion echo group due to the poor posting quality,which lead to the interactive information intermediary is inadequate. Teachers should conduct targeted intervention and guidance according to the differences of different groups in order to promote the development of collective intelligence of virtual learning community.
