摘要
山钢股份莱芜分公司特钢事业部采用100 t EAF-LF-VD-R16.5 m CCM圆坯连铸-轧制工艺开发生产了高压锅炉管P22。通过电弧炉全程泡沫渣操作,EBT出钢合金化,精炼白渣操作,连铸全程保护浇注,大压缩比、无扭微张力轧制等工艺技术,钢的化学成分控制理想,各类夹杂物的级别低,A类、B类、C类、D类夹杂物均为0~1.0级,合计为0.5~2.5级。
The high pressure boiler tube P22 was developed and produced by the technology of 100 t EAF-LF-VD-CCM R16.5 m round billet continuous casting-rolling in the Special Steel Division of Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Through the whole process of foam slag operation in the electric arc furnace,EBT steel alloying,refining slag operation,continuous casting with full protection,compression ratio,no torsion micro tension rolling,ideal chemical composition was controlled.The type A,B,C and D inclusions level is grade 0-1.0,aggregate level is grade 0.5-2.5.
