Φ18 mm圆钢两切分轧制工艺的设计与优化

摘要 石横特钢棒材生产线开发Φ18 mm圆钢两切分轧制工艺,根据圆钢切分的工艺特点,对孔型系统和导卫系统进行了重新设计。碳化钨轧辊、双线活套器的使用,解决了成品尺寸不稳定、头尾宽大的问题。穿水装置的改进,成品弯曲度得到了改善。Φ18 mm圆钢两切分的成功开发,各项经济技术指标较单线均有较大改善,产量由111.5 t/h提高到171 t/h,电耗降低了4.5(kW·h)/t,成材率达到了97.14%。 The feature of the Φ18 mm two-stand split rolling rounds technology is introduced in the paper,at the same time the pass system and the guide system are redesigned.Through the usage of tungsten carbide roll and double wire loop,the product size is controlled stable.Through the improvement of the water device,the bending degree of the product has been improved.The successful development of Φ18 mm two-stand split rolling showed that each economic and technical index is improved greatly compared with that of the single line.The output is increased from 111.5 t/h to 171 t/h,and the power consumption is decreased by 4.5(kW·h)/t,product yield is reached 97.14%.
