摘要
唐山国丰钢铁公司1450热轧生产线自投产以来,存在几何尺寸、温度精度不够和轧制稳定差的问题。通过优化模型,调整控制参数,提高带钢几何尺寸和温度的控制精度,非计划品和二级品降低了80%。
Since the 1450 hot rolling line is put into production in Tangshan Guofeng Steel,some aspects of process automation system cannot meet the needs of production,such as geometric size,temperature accuracy and rolling stability.By optimizing the model and adjusting the control parameters,the control accuracy of strip geometry and temperature is increased,unplanned and second grades product are decreased by 80%.
