再结晶退火对SPCC钢板组织和深冲性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过实验室模拟工业罩式炉再结晶退火工艺,研究了退火温度和保温时间对SPCC钢板组织和深冲性能的影响,分析了退火后铁素体晶粒饼形度与深冲性能的关系。结果表明:随退火温度升高和保温时间延长,铁素体晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,同时深冲性能明显改善;700℃、保温4 h后晶粒尺寸和深冲性能再无明显变化。再结晶退火后铁素体晶粒饼形度与深冲性能有良好的对应关系,晶粒饼形度可以作为钢板深冲性能的判据之一。 The effect of annealing temperature and holding time on the microstructure and deep drawability of SPCC steel plate was explored by the batch annealing simulation experiment,and the relationship between"ferrite cake shape"after annealing and deep drawability was studied.The results show that with the increasing of the annealing temperature and holding time,the grain size of ferrite gradually is increased and the deep drawability significantly is improved.However,there is no obvious change in the grain size and deep drawability with the annealing 4 h at 700 ℃.The relationship between"ferrite cake shape"and deep drawability was clear and definite,so"ferrite cake shape"after recrystallization annealing can be used as a criterion for the performance of deep drawability.
