莱钢炼铁厂为节约电能源,对3#高炉4500、6300除尘风机,4#高炉8000除尘风机进行高压变频节能技术改造。改造包括电机改造、变压器选型、变频器选型、增加变频/工频切换柜等。改造后,提高了设备使用效率,延长了设备的使用寿命,减小了电网冲击,年节电效益合计374.72万元。
