摘要
LF精炼底吹氩控制系统是通过建立动静态模型,查找最优参数,手自动控制,保证氩气流量通过PID控制按照设定值平稳的从吹氩口吹入钢包,通过调整氩气搅拌强度降低硫等有害元素、降低夹杂物、均匀温度,达到最优合金比,提高钢水纯净度,保持钢水温度、成分。
The dynamic and static model of the LF refining bottom-argon control system was established.It can find the optimal parameters and control automatically by hand to ensure that the argon flow is smoothly blown into the ladle from the argon-arc opening according to the set value through the PID control,and the argon stirring intensity is adjusted.The harmful sulfur and inclusions is reduced,uniform temperature and the optimal alloy ratio can be achieved,and ultimately the purity of the molten steel is improved and the molten steel temperature and composition are maintained.
