摘要
针对100 kW升力型、水平轴风力机组这种中小型风力发电设备自主研发的智慧变桨距系统的实现方法进行说明。采用统一变桨距的方式,机械传动采用涡轮涡杆传动装置;控制系统选用西门子PLC,配合智慧变桨算法共同完成。智慧变桨距风电机组具有以下特点:微风即可启动,切入风速2.5 m/s,额定风速10 m/s;大风过载可控;实时速度调节;实现最大发电功率105 kW;保证风能利用效率大于94%。
The realization method of the intelligent pitch system based on the 100 kW lift and horizontal axis wind turbines is described,which is developed for the small and medium wind power generation equipment.The turbine worm gearing is used in the mechanical transmission by using the uniform pitch distance,and the control system is completed with the SIEMENS PLC and the intelligent paddle algorithm.The intelligent variable pitch wind turbine has the characteristics,such as the breeze can start at the wind speed-2.5 m/s,the rated wind speed is 10 m/s,the wind speed overload is controllable,the real-time speed regulation is realized,the maximum power output is 105 kW,the wind energy utilization efficiency is more than 94%,etc.
