摘要
随着放射性药物化学和核医学的快速发展,放射性诊断核素^(99m)Tc在临床的应用越来越广泛,从而使得当前全球对其母体核素^(99)Mo的需求量不断增加。目前高浓铀靶裂变法生产^(99)Mo仍是最广泛使用的方法。本文系统介绍了国内外采用高浓铀靶裂变法生产^(99)Mo的发展历史和生产工艺。
The demand of the isotope molybdenum-99(99Mo) exploded since its daughter isotope—the Technetium-99 m(99mTc),has been the most widely used medical radioisotope all over the world,accounting for 〉 80% of total nuclear diagnostics worldwide. In this review,discusses are focused on radiochemical routes for the production of 99Mo,( including target materials,separation,purification) and the historical viewpoint of 99Mo technology developments.
