自制胸腔镜手术切口保护器及应用

摘要 目的探讨胸腔镜手术低成本切口保护器的简易制作和应用。方法自制胸腔镜手术切口保护器由2个不锈钢丝弹性环和1只手术手套制作而成。首先将外科手套剪成一个管形套,然后将管形套的一端穿过直径约26cm的钢丝弹性环并翻转制作成外口,管形套的另一端(有橡皮筋一端)穿过直径约30cm的不锈钢丝弹性环并翻转制作成内口,这样就制作成了胸腔镜手术切口保护器。使用保护器时,将30cm环置入胸膜腔,26cm环放在胸膜腔外。结果切口保护器制作耗时为5~7min。共有31例胸腔镜手术患者应用该项技术,全组患者的手术切口无感染、无延期愈合、无肿瘤种植。结论相对于商用切口保护套,自制胸腔镜手术切口保护器同样有效,且制作简单、成本低廉。 Objective To explore the simple make and application of home-made incision protector for thoracoscopic surgery. Methods The home-made incision protector for thoracoscopic surgery was made by using two elastic stainless steel wire rings and one surgical glove.First,the surgical glove was cut to form a tube.Then the end of the tube was passed through an elastic stainless steel wire ring(about 26 cm in diameter)and turned inside out for making the outer mouth of protector.The other end of the tube with rubber band was advanced into another elastic stainless steel wire ring(about 30 cm in diameter)and turned inside out for making the inner mouth of protector.Thus,the construction of an incision protector for thoracoscopic surgery was completed.When the home-made incision protector was used,the 30-cm ring was placed inside the pleural cavity and the 26-cm ring was placed outside the pleural cavity. Results Only 5 to 7 minutes were spent in making an incision protector.A total of 31 patients undergone thoracoscopic surgery applied this technique,and there were no reports of incision infection,incision delayed healing,and tumor implantation. Conclusion Our home-made incision protector is as effective as commercialized disposable incision protectors but inexpensive and easier to use.
