既有玻璃幕墙安全性鉴定硅酮结构胶检测技术研究

Study Testing Method of Structural Silicone Sealants for Existing Glass Curtain Wall

对比目前几种最具有代表性的既有玻璃幕墙硅酮结构胶在粘结性能检测方法的准确性、可操作性、适用性等方面存在的差异。研究各检测方法在实际应用时的优缺点,提出既有玻璃幕墙安全性鉴定结构胶检测采用再粘结试验法与现场拉伸试验法相结合使用,具有较好的准确性、可操作性和适用性。

The differences between the most representative test methods of glass curtain wall silicon structured sealant on accuracy,operability and applicability are compared. The advantages and disadvantages of each detection method in practical application are studied. It is put forward that when the safety of the existing glass curtain wall has to be evaluated,the test method combining the re-adhesion test method with the on-the-site tension test method has good accuracy,operability and applicability.
