基于CAD的地籍和房屋调查生产建库平台的设计与实现

Design and implementation of a CAD based platform for cadastre and real estate investigation and production construction

地籍和房屋调查生产建库平台是农村宅基地和集体建设用地地籍和房屋调查项目开展的重要基础和组成部分。本文从分析农村地籍与房屋权籍调查生产及数据特点出发,以CAD平台为基础,结合GIS技术设计建设地籍和房屋调查生产建库平台,实现从前端数据生产加工到数据建库,再对接不动产登记发证平台,解决了紧迫的生产问题,并有效保障数据生产质量。

Cadastral and housing survey production and construction platform is an important basis and part of the rural residence land and collective construction land cadastral and housing survey projects. Based on the analysis of the right of housing and rural cadastral survey data and production characteristics,on the basis of CAD platform,the cadastral and housing survey production and construction platform were designed and built combining GIS technology. It has solved the urgent production problem from the front-end data processing to the data base,and then to the docking platform of real estate,and guaranteed the quality of data effectively.
