摘要
通过流化床制粒法制备鸡蛋花颗粒,并将其应用到卷烟复合滤棒中降低烟气有害成分的同时提高卷烟感官质量。以颗粒合格率和感官评价为指标,采用正交实验优选最佳流化床制粒参数(如使用的粘结剂种类及其使用浓度等)。分析结果表明,鸡蛋花颗粒能够有效降低主流烟气中的氨和苯酚。感官评价结果表明,所制备卷烟样品在香气风格特征方面有明显的改善。
In order to reduce the harmful ingredients in mainstream cigarette smoke and improve the aesthetic qualities,we have introduced Plumeria rubra particles prepared by fluidized beds in compound filter rod. To optimize the pellet fabrication,we took the acceptance rate of frangipani particles and sensory evaluation as important indexes. As a result,the analysis of harmful ingredients emission demonstrates that the Plumeria rubra particles can effectively reduce the phenol and benzopyrene in cigarettes-mainstream. And the sensory evaluation result suggests that the fragrance quality of experiment samples is markedly modified.
