The imbalanced and incomplete development is the main aspect of China＇s principal social contradiction in the new era,and is based on the great achievements that Chinese people have achieved in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It results from the practices of ＂economic construction first＂ and ＂some people getting rich first＂,and from the incompleteness of reform and opening up.In the future,China will remain open to the whole world,and it should try it best to achieve scientific development,modernization and great rejuvenation of Chinese nation,avoiding falling into the ＂Latin American Trap＂.
