On Formation Mechanism of Zeng Guofan's Political Rules

Zeng Guofan,a politician in the late Qing Dynasty,always adhered to his own political rules in the bad political ecology,and his political rules and regulations were reflected in the following： knowing the weight of righteousness and profit,and paying attention to the interests of the whole; maintaining the rule of authority; and keeping out of clique politics or big nobles. Zeng Guofan obeyed these political rules with the guidance and restraint of the rule mechanism in political practice,namely the value system both sound in theory and practice,the mental models featured by understanding ups and downs,and the team culture of admonishing.
