高校定向越野高水平运动队的建设现状研究

Studies on Construction of High-level Orienteering Teams in College——A Case Study of Hunan University of Humanities,Science and Technology

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对我国定向越野高水平运动队进行研究分析,结果表明:高校定向越野高水平运动队的组织机构较为完善,但教练员高学历低职称,运动员生源单一,训练条件和训练手段落后,竞技水平难以在国际大赛中取得优异成绩,单一的经费来源很难满足高水平定向队的日常训练和比赛要求。高校应加强教练员队伍的建设,改善训练条件,更新训练理念,提高生源质量,培养制图人员,建立教练团队,增加经费投入,探索办队的新模式。

A study on high-level orienteering teams in China has been conducted through methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation,interview on experts,and mathematical statistics. The results show that the institutional framework of high-level orienteering teams in colleges and universities is relatively perfect,but there are still some problems such as low academic qualification or low title of coaches,limitation of sources of athletes,poor training conditions and training methods,less competitive level which is difficult to gain excellent results in international competitions,shortage of funding which is difficult to meet the request of daily training and competition. It is suggested to strengthen coach construction,improve training condition,renew the idea of training,improve the quality of students,cultivate cartographers,build a coach team,increase funds investment,and explore new modes team building.
