经皮螺钉内固定术治疗舟状骨骨折的效果观察与护理

Effects observation and nursing of percutaneous screw fixation for the treatment of scaphoid fractures

目的分析经皮螺钉内固定术治疗舟状骨骨折的临床疗效,并探讨其护理对策。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月我院骨科收治的64例舟状骨骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予石膏固定治疗,观察组给予经皮螺钉内固定术,比较两组患者临床疗效以及平均愈合时间。结果观察组临床疗效和平均愈合时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舟状骨骨折患者经皮螺钉内固定术疗法联合全面有效的护理措施,临床效果明显,有效缩短了患者平均愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of percutaneous screw fixation for the treatment of scaphoid fractures and to explore its nursing strategies. Methods A total of 64 patients with scaphoid fractures treated in our department of orthopedics from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as study subjects. They were equally divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. The control group was given plaster fixation. The observation group was treated with percutaneous screw fixation. The clinical efficacy and average healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy and average healing time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of scaphoid fractures with percutaneous screw fixation combined with comprehensive and effective nursing measures has obvious clinical effects. It can effectively shorten the average healing time of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
