失效模式与效应分析在血液标本送检过程管理中的效果研究

The effect of failure mode and effects analysis in the management of submission process of blood specimen inspection

目的探讨FMEA原理应用于血标本运送过程的控制效果。方法运用FMEA管理模式,对2016年第2季度血标本送检过程的危险环节进行分析,确定关键环节,制定对策并实施。实施后再次观察关键环节RPN值,标本送检合格率及标本采样接收时长,并与改善前进行比较。结果运用FMFA前后血标本不合格率由0.08%降低至0.06%,标本采样接收时长由196 min,降低至71.69 min,RPN值明显低于改善前。结论 FMEA原理运用于血标本送检过程,能有效降低不合格率,提高标本质量。

Objective To investigate the control effect of FMEA principle applied to the blood specimen transport process. Methods The FMEA management model was used to analyze the dangerous aspects of the blood sample submission process in the 2 nd quarter of 2016 and determine the key links,thus formulating and implementing the countermeasures. After the implementation,the RPN values of the key links,the sample acceptance rate of the samples submitted,and the length of sample receiving time were observed again,and the results were compared with that before the improvement. Results The failure rate of blood samples was reduced from 0. 08% to 0. 06% after the use of FMFA management. The length of sample receiving time was reduced from 196 min to 71. 69 min,and the RPN value was significantly lower than that before improvement. Conclusion To apply the principle of FMEA to the blood sample submission process can effectively reduce the rate of failure and improve the quality of specimens.
