The Main Way of Talent Construction in Our Country is Analyzed

人才队伍是国家社会竞争力的重要组成元素,人才代表着国家产业的创新能力,代表国家可随时调用的多方面能力。笔者认为,对人才队伍加以建设,是提升我国综合竞争实力,稳定国际发展动向的核心方式。本文以提升国家人才队伍的质量水平作为根本目的,首先分析了我国人才建设的现有状态,后以十九大精神为主,对我国加强人才建设的实际意义展开了深入研究。文章以现状和意义作为核心思路,对我国人才建设的主要途径进行了充分的研究分析。

The talent team is an important component of the national social competitiveness, and the talent represents the innovation ability of the national industry and the multi-aspects of the ability that the country can call at any time. Therefore, the author thinks that the construction of the talent team is the core way to improve the comprehensive competitive strength and stabilize the International development.With the aim of improving the quality of the National talent team, this paper first analyzes the present state of the talent construction in China, then focuses on the 19 th great spirit, and makes an in-depth study on the practical significance of strengthening the talent construction in China. In the end, taking the present situation and meaning as the core idea, this paper makes a full study and analysis on the main ways of our country＇s talent construction.
