Taihang Mountain is an important historical and cultural gathering place in China. The origin and evolution of the name ＂Taihangshan＂ is also an important research content in China＇s history, culture,and geography. This article starts with the geographical location of Taihang Mountain and focuses on the analysis of the evolution of the Taihang Mountain name, the historical background of Taihang Mountain,and the ethnic cultural background. Through the analysis of the sacrificial traditions to verify Taihang, the origin of the Taihang Mountain name is finally obtained. It is hoped that the analysis of the Taihang Mountains and ＂Taihang culture＂ will be useful for this analysis.
