武汉市养老机构GIS时空演变及变化趋势

Spatial and Temporal Evolution of GIS and Change Trend in Aged Institutions in Wuhan City

本文通过资料分析法和空间分析法,对武汉市养老机构的时间和空间演变进行探索,研究表明武汉市养老机构发展分为四个阶段:萌芽期(1949-1964年)公办养老机构兴起;停滞期(1965-1976年);发展期(1977-1996年)公办为主,社会办为辅;繁荣期(1997-2017年)社会办为主,公办为辅。养老机构资源在配置上有待进一步完善。在变化趋势上,武汉市养老机构规模呈中型化发展,养老床位呈增长趋势;公办养老机构主要往新城区分布,社会办养老机构主要往中心城区发展;不同所有制养老机构的发展和与政策制定和实施密切相关。

This paper explores the evolution of time and space of pension institutions of Wuhan through the data analysis and spatial analysis, which divided the development of pension institutions of Wuhan into four stages： budding period（1949-1964） the rise of public pension institutions; stagnation period（1965-1976）; the development period（1977-1996）： Public administration is the main stage, the social administration is supplementary;prosperity period（1965-1976）： The social work is the main one, and the public work is the supplement.The allocation of resources of pension institutions needs to be further improved.In the trend of change, the scale of the pension institutions in Wuhan is medium development, and the bed space for the aged is increasing.The public pension institutions are mainly distributed to the new urban areas, and the social pension institutions are mainly developed to the central urban areas.The development and implementation of pension institutions under different ownership are closely related to policy formulation and implementation.
