呼和浩特市区域建设用地节约利用研究

Study on the Intensive and Intensive Utilization of Regional Construction Land in Hohhot

呼和浩特的社会经济正处于快速发展阶段,土地与人口压力不断增大,各类建设用地需求水平增高,从2010年到2015年,我国国内生产总值增大了1.09倍,年均增大了21.77个百分点,比同时期全国国内生产总值有所上涨。但粗放型的经济增长方式并没有从根本上转变,土地节约潜力较大,促进呼和浩特市土地资源的最大化利用,实现长久稳定的发展。本文以呼和浩特市为研究对象,通过分析呼和浩特市建设用地中出现的问题,得到建设用地集约的有关意见,分析结果可为分类引导呼和浩特市城乡建设用地集约使用提供更多的参考。

At present, the social economy of Hohhot is in the stage of rapid development, the pressure of land and population is increasing and the demand level of all kinds of construction land is increasing.From 2010 to 2015, China＇s gross domestic product has increased by 1.09 times, the annual average increase of 21.77 percentage points, compared with the national GDP of the same period.. However, the extensive mode of economic growth has not changed fundamentally. The potential of land conservation is large, and the maximum utilization of land resources in Hohhot is promoted and a long-term and stable development is achieved. In this paper, Hohhot city as the research object, through the analysis of the problems in the construction land in Hohhot, to get the construction land intensive related opinions, analysis results can guide the classification of urban and rural construction land intensive use to provide more reference for the classification of Hohhot.
