中华优秀传统文化对于高校思想政治教育具有相当重要的价值,作为思想政治教育的一线工作者,辅导员在开展传统文化教育、帮助大学生塑造积极向上的价值观方面具有不可替代的阵地作用。然而,受主客观因素影响,辅导员在传统文化教育中存在着诸多问题,需要通过提升自身职业能力,更好地运用传统文化资源,实现以文化人、立德树人,帮助大学生培养健康人格、提升思想道德素质和人文素养,更好地成为学生思想和精神上的领路人。

Excellent traditional Chinese culture is of great value to ideological and political education in Colleges.Standing in the first line of ideological and political education,counselors play an irreplaceable battle position role in carrying out traditional cultural education and helping students to create positive values.However,Influenced by subjective and objective factors, counselors have many problems in traditional cultural education. It＇s need to improve counselors＇ professional ability and make better use of traditional cultural resources to nurture students with culture and moral.This will help counselors be the better leader of the students＇ thought and spirit on helping them to cultivate healthy personality and enhancing ideological and moral quality and humanistic quality.
