文学教育的困境既有文学教育制度的原因,更有泛意识形态传统、现代社会科学至上等庸俗实用主义哲学泛滥的原因。正是这些原因形成了文学教育泛意识形态、以文学知识为中心、为人生、审美体验的四个时代,四个时代的文学教育目标各异,境界各殊,但若以文学教育的意义来划分,前三个时代属于现实的、工具理性的文学教育,理想的文学教育是审美体验。
